This is one of four ‘Mechs that my friend Evan commissioned the incredibly-talented Ana Polanšćak to sculpt. The first run was pretty limited – I’m not certain how many sets were cast, but the first sets were metal. The molds and rights to produce the set now belong to Curtis over at Ramshackle Games and subsequently all current castings are in resin.

I obviously couldn’t pass up a chance to press this robot into double-duty, so I painted him in the classic Lamenters Space Marines colors from the Rogue Trader days. It’ll likely moonlight as an Imperial Robot from time to time. I even painted some checkers on his noggin. Looking at him again, some of the shadow areas are a little too deep/dark but I’m pleased enough with it. I’m running out of Vallejo Game Color Goblin Green, so I’ve started experimenting with other green and yellow colors for basing. I’m digging this olive green with yellow smooshed into it.
