Something different this time. Went with a Space-Hulk-inspired dirty decking scheme for the base. Used both acrylic and oil this time. The model is based on an illustration by John Blanche from Rick Priestley’s ‘Chapter Approved: Book of the Astronomican’ – I’ve included that image below.
Pretty sure that’s Dave Andrews, going by the linework compared to the few credited pieces he has. (the Compendium Cover, a Chaos Renegade illustration, Dungeon Floorplans/Rooms.)
